For Sunglasses & Eye Glasses, we are not able to deliver to USA, due to US FDA restrictions.
We are not able to ship to P.O. boxes product orders placed online as they require a signature upon delivery.
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination. Any such additional charges and fees must be borne by you; SYML Limited has no control over these.

Shipping / Delivery Time
SYML offers FREE delivery worldwide.
Delivery of online orders largely depends on the location of the intended delivery. Online orders are dispatched from Taiwan every weekday via express courier services (such as TNT, UPS, SF Express or EMS). For international deliveries, the following are regional guidelines for delivery times (please note, delivery can be delayed by local customs):
Europe, North America – 3 to 4 working days
Asia, Australasia and Far East – 3 to 5 working days
Central & South America, Middle East – 3 to 5 working days
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard and JCB cards.
You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to SYML Limited, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
We take reasonable care to make our site secure. All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using Bank Sinopac (Taiwan), a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the Bank Sinopac site to input your credit/debit card details. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to SYML.com. These details will be fully encrypted and only used to process card transactions which you have initiated.
SYML Limited does not store your credit/debit card details on our systems. All credit/debit card details are collected by the processed bank, SYML Limited only receive partial card number from the processed bank to match the purchase order.
To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple, and secure, SYML.com uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Furthermore, we take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.
Amend an Order

Exchange or Refund
If you are not happy with your purchase, you must let us know within 7 calendar days of receiving it. Please return the item(s) in the shortest possible timeframe, along with your receipt. You will be responsible for all return shipping fees and process.
All sale or discounted items are strictly non-refundable.
Returned items must be unused, in a saleable condition and include all original packaging, e.g. tags, packaging, etc.
We cannot refund or exchange consumable items, including fragrances, which have been used or removed from original packaging. For matters of hygiene, purchases of footwear, shorts or underwear are strictly non-refundable. Should a product be subject to further conditions relating to its eligibility for a refund or exchange it will be advertised accordingly.
