Payment

Major Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCrad, JCB) & Bank Transfer are all acceptable methods of payment. Our Terms are payment in full within 3 days. All goods remain the property of the Company until paid for in full.

  • Credit/Debit Card
    • All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to SYML Limited, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
    • All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using Bank Sinopac (Taiwan), a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the Bank Sinopac site to input your credit/debit card details. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to SYML.com. These details will be fully encrypted and only used to process card transactions which you have initiated.
    • SYML Limited does not store your credit/debit card details on our systems. All credit/debit card details are collected by the processed bank, SYML Limited only receive partial card number from the processed bank to match the purchase order.
    • To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple, and secure, SYML.com uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Furthermore, we take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.
  • Bank / ATM Transfer
    • When selecting Bank / ATM transfer, you must have a local Taiwanese Bank account.
    • After completing your order, you will received a Special account number for Bank Sinopac for your purchase. You can transfer funds via your bank's online banking or ATM.
    • All payment must be transferred within 3 days after your order. Unpaid order will result in order cancellation.
    • All bank fees for Bank / ATM transfer will be responsible by buyer.  

Shipping

Online orders are dispatched from Taipei every weekday (exclude Weekends and Public Holidays) via local express courier services.

  • VAT Receipt Will be sent together with your purchase within 7 days after order confirmed.

  • Please contact SYML customer service via telephone or email.

Exchange or Refund Policy

Before exchanging or returning an item, please contact our customer service team within 7 calendar days of receiving your order, who will advise the best course of action for a swift resolution.

  • If you are not happy with your purchase, you must let us know within 7 calendar days of receiving it.
  • Please return the item(s) in the shortest possible timeframe, along with your receipt. SYML will arrange courier service to your location for your product(s).
  • Returned items must be unused, in a saleable condition and include all original packaging, e.g. tags, packaging, etc.
